The economic times have been tough on everyone. Normally our fee for care management services is $80 per hour. However, until the end of 2009 Rochester Senior Support Services would like to announce we are lowering our hourly rate to $65 per hour.

How does it work?

If you simply need a consultation; payment is expected at that time. If you're coming on board as a regular client then we request a 3-hour retainer. Once that 3 hours has been used we then begin sending you an itemized invoice once a month. If the 3 hours has not been used we will refund the remaining balance.

We do charge for our travel time; however that time is only billed one-way.

For your convenience we DO accept Mastercard and Visa.

We will always itemize our time and breakdown where your money is being spent.
